Special Orders
At Heroes Wanted we pride ourselves on putting the comic you want to read into your hands.
Even though we stock and endless amount of graphic novels, comics and collectibles, sometimes we won’t have what you need in-stock at the moment you need/want it.
It is never a problem for us to place a special order for you. As long as the product is available from one of the distributors we patronize, we will order it for you.
Turn around time is usually two weeks or less, but occasionally orders do get shorted or damaged in shipping, which adds additional time to your order. Other factors, such as items that are solicited far in advance of their release dates, can affect shipping time as well. Please let us know if you are under any kind of time deadline.
Sorry, we cannot order products for you from other non-distributor websites such as eBay or Amazon.
We do require a 50% non-refundable down payment on all special orders and require full payment within 30 days of the products delivery date. In the event the product has not been picked up and paid in full within the 30 day window, the product will be made available to the general public.
Please do not order anything you are not 100% sure you want/can afford.
Refunds will only be given at the discretion of the Council of Comic Guardians.
